On March 9th it’ll be 15yrs since the death of Bad Boy artist The Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls. Usually on that day I would play nothing but his music as a remembrance of arguably the Greatest Rapper of All Time. Here’s a tribute mix done by Hot 97′s DJ Mista Cee in tribute to his friend. I know it’s been a while since I put up a mix, but I just couldn’t figure out what to put up. So I didn’t think it was right to just throw something up here just for the sake of doing so. Last night I was listening to a Funkmaster Flex interview that he did with former G-Unit artist Olivia. My goodness what entertainment that was, after taking that in I remembered about this 4hr mix I had that Flex had done back in 2007. Basically he went through the whole decade of the 90′s but while going through the decades he take us on a bit of a Hip Hop History ride with jokes, stories and plenty of other good stuff.
