SPORTS: Rudy Gay Traded To The Raptors

The Memphis Grizzlies have traded away All-Star small forward Rudy Gay to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for point guard Jose Calderon and power forward Ed Davis. Reports are that the Detroit Pistons are the third team involved in this deal as well as they’ll be sending veteran small forward Tayshaun Prince to the Grizzlies more than likely for Calderon. SPORTS: Rondo Tears ACL Done For The Season

Just before today’s matinee game with the Miami Heat, head coach Doc Rivers was told that he had lost his All-Star point guard Rajon Rondo for the rest of the season with a torn ACL. Rondo suffered the injury late in the Celtics previous game against the Atlanta Hawks. Read more…

The 2013 NBA All-Star reserves were announced this evening with 6 first time All Stars and of course notable snubs on both sides. Most had Stephon Curry of the Warriors and Jamal Crawford of the Clippers as locks for the West squad, but both weren’t chosen. Full list of reserves from both teams below.
